Juan Justiniano has been as Project Architect and Project Manager with Cartaya & Associates for the last twelve years and has embodied the pursuit of excellence within our Firm. He has centered all his efforts to ensure excellence and quality within all phases of Design, production of Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
